Melio is a B2B payments platform helping small businesses manage bills and cash flow. For teams juggling many vendor payments, batch payments turn individual, step-by-step bill payments into one table where multiple vendors can be set, edited, and paid together.

Combined payments let repeat payments to the same vendor collapse into a single transaction. I ran several rounds of usability testing on the “Combine” action - placement, iconography, what switching it on or off actually meant - before setting it as a simple toggle in the table.
